The Indo Pacific International Maritime Exposition is Australia’s leading naval defence event, bringing together global defence, government and industry leaders across three days of exhibitions, conferences and engagement.
The brief
Teekay Shipping engaged Onyx Agency to design, build and manage a sophisticated 72sqm exhibition stand that reflected their leadership in maritime innovation. The stand needed to accommodate formal meetings, casual conversations, technology display, product showcasing and brand storytelling within a highly professional, premium environment.
The solution
Building on our established partnership with Teekay’s leadership team, Onyx Agency delivered a fully integrated end-to-end solution. The stand featured an open, welcoming layout supported by an enclosed meeting room, generous storage, formal and informal seating areas, a striking product display, large LED screen integration and a custom reception counter housing Teekay’s detailed ship model. Our team managed every stage from design and suppliers to onsite delivery, ensuring a seamless and polished presence.
