What we achieved

Successfully delivered two exhibition stands (indoor and outdoor) following five months of planning and coordination.

Managed and collaborated with eight different suppliers to bring the stands to life, from construction to final décor.

Delivered a 375sqm open-style stand featuring a custom-built 6m diameter tree adorned with 115 real plants, creating a visually striking and natural focal point.

Led the digital experience by coordinating with the global office in Sweden to develop interactive touchscreen content, while also capturing the event through professional photography and videography.

Designed and delivered a resilient open-plan outdoor stand on the marina, overcoming environmental challenges to create a seamless guest experience.

Showcased Volvo Penta’s latest engines and transmissions with a large built-in LED screen to reinforce their leadership in marine innovation.

Created a welcoming atmosphere with informal seating, real plants for a sustainable touch, and a purpose-built storage room equipped with amenities for client comfort.
