About the Noosa Triathlon

The Noosa Triathlon is the world’s largest Olympic-distance triathlon, attracting elite athletes, industry partners and tens of thousands of spectators over an action-packed week of racing, brand activations and community celebration.

The brief

Garmin engaged Onyx Agency to design a stand that was welcoming, premium and unmistakably Garmin, while creating meaningful interaction and brand immersion. The stand needed to feel energetic and inspiring, encourage hands-on engagement with Garmin technology, and seamlessly integrate the Tracx cycling platform within a high-traffic event environment.

The solution

Onyx Agency designed and delivered a 36sqm custom exhibition stand that balanced refined design with interactive energy. Featuring raised flooring, bold branding, immersive visuals and carefully planned flow, the stand showcased Garmin’s innovation while feeling warm and experience-led. Key features included a dedicated Tracx demonstration zone, premium retail displays presenting 36 Garmin devices, integrated storage, and a welcoming reception counter, ensuring both functionality and impact across the event.
